We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Meal Prep Starter Guide ebook for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Alternatively, reply to your Paddle order confirmation email and request a refund, or contact us directly using the support address listed in that email.

Once a refund is approved, your access to the ebook in your account library is revoked automatically and the original payment method is refunded by Paddle. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
