1. Who we are
These Terms govern your purchase and use of the Meal Prep Starter Guide ebook and related digital content (the "Service") provided by Slavica Radojicic ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or otherwise using the Service you ("you") agree to these Terms.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account, completing a purchase, or accessing the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract.
3. The product
The Service is a digital ebook delivered as a downloadable PDF accessible from your account library after purchase. The ebook is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use.
4. Payments, billing, and taxes — Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, applicable taxes, invoicing, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our Refund Policy also applies.
5. Account and credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
- send spam or attempt to defraud us or other users;
- infringe intellectual-property or other rights of any party;
- interfere with or compromise the security of the Service, including introducing malware, probing, scanning, scraping, or circumventing technical limits.
7. Intellectual property
We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the ebook content, text, images, design, software, and branding. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and read the ebook for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly post, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the ebook.
8. Service availability
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. If your access is terminated for cause, outstanding fees remain payable. If a refund is granted under our Refund Policy, your license to the ebook ends immediately upon refund.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your unlawful use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction of residence, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.
